The 2013 Canadian Collectible Toy Expo will return to the Delta Meadowvale Hotel and Conference Centre – 6750 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario on July 28th.

The show features the huge selection of vintage 80s toys and all the latest releases from today that you have come to expect such as Transformers (vintage and Japanese imports), Star Wars (new and vintage), GIJoe (vintage and modern), Masters of the Universe (vintage and modern), Super Heroes (Marvel Universe/Legends, DC Universe etc), Wrestling, and tons of other Action Figures and collectibles.

We will be collecting toy and collectible donations for the TFcon 2013 Make-A-Wish Charity Auction at the show this weekend.  If you bring a new toy or collectible you will get into the dealer room 15 minutes earlier than your ticket time.  Last year TFcon raised $2705 for Make-A-Wish Canada in their first ever charity auction, help us beat that.

The Ontario Ghostbusters will be at the 2013 Canadian 80s Toy Expo. They will be attending in Ghostbusters costume to entertain the fans with photo opportunities and show off their movie replica props.

We are happy to reveal the 80s Toy Expo exclusive Lion-O print by artist Shane Kirshenblatt. This will be limited to fifty 8.5 x 11 prints and fifty 11 x 17 and available through Shane’s table at the show on April 14th.

Former WWF Superstar Tito Santana is scheduled to join us at the Canadian 80s Toy Expo on April 14th.  Two-time WWF World Tag Team Champion, a two-time Intercontinental Champion, and now a WWE Hall of Famer, Santana will always be remembered as one of the most popular Wrestlers of his generation.  He will be available all day for autographs and photos.

We are pleased to welcome back the 501st Canadian Garrison to the 2013 Canadian 80s Toy Expo. Part of the world’s premier Imperial Star Wars costuming fan club, they will be attending as Stormtroopers, Sith Lords, Bounty Hunters and Royal Guards to entertain the fans with photo opportunities.

Larry Kenney the man best known for his voice work as Lion-O on the 1980s cartoon Thundercats will be a guest at the 2013 Canadian 80s Toy Expo on April 14th.  In recent years, he has reprised this role for ThunderCats references on the animated series Family Guy.  He was also the voice of Bluegrass in SilverHawks, and voiced Claudus, Lion-O’s and Tygra’s Father in the 2011 Thundercats reboot.  Mr. Kenney will be available all day for autographs and photos.
